COPS4 antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: COP9 constitutive photomorphogenic homolog subunit 4(Arabidopsis)
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 40;46 kDa
Uniprot: Q9BT78
Gene id: 51138
Background: Component of the COP9 signalosome complex(CSN), a complex involved in various cellular and developmental processes. The CSN complex is an essential regulator of the ubiquitin(Ubl) conjugation pathway by mediating the deneddylation of the cullin subunits of SCF-type E3 ligase complexes, leading to decrease the Ubl ligase activity of SCF-type complexes such as SCF, CSA or DDB2. Also involved in the deneddylation of non-cullin subunits such as STON2. The complex is also involved in phosphorylation of p53
TP53, c-jun
JUN, IkappaBalpha
NFKBIA, ITPK1, IRF8
ICSBP and SNAPIN, possibly via its association with CK2 and PKD kinases. CSN-dependent phosphorylation of TP53 and JUN promotes and protects degradation by the Ubl system, respectively.
Field of research: Cell Division and Proliferation, Metabolism
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC, IP
Dilution: WB: 1:500-1:2000; IP: 1:200-1:1000; IHC: 1:20-1:200
Target: COPS4
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
