   • Description: Nycodenz® is an ideal density separation medium used for fractionating viruses, subcellular organelles, membranes, macromolecules, polysaccharides, nucleoproteins, and cells. It has low osmolality and is non-toxic to living cells. Originally developed as an X-ray contrast medium, Nycodenz® has undergone rigorous clinical testing1.
